Applies to all XR Soccer programs including Summer Camps and the Mundialito & Madrid91 2027 International Trips
General Terms (All XR Programs)
By registering for any XR Soccer program, you agree to the following general conditions:
Club Neutrality
XR Soccer is a club-neutral training organization. We welcome players from all backgrounds and clubs. Our focus is on individual development and competitive growth.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, teammates, opponents, and facilities. XR reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.
Media Release
Photos or videos taken during XR Soccer events may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before your program begins.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, XR Soccer staff will take reasonable measures to contact a guardian and may seek appropriate medical care. All associated costs are the responsibility of the participant's family.
Programs-Specific Terms
Camps, Training and Events (Excluding XR Residential & Commuter Camp and Colorado 3v3 Tournament) – Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy
By registering for an XR Soccer training program/service, including Summer & Winter Camps, you agree to the following policy, regardless of registration date:
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only available in cases of illness or injury that prevent the athlete from participating in physical training.
- A valid doctor’s note is required, confirming the athlete is medically unable to participate.
Refund Schedule
- 75% refund – Cancellation made 4 months or more before camp start
- 50% refund – Cancellation made 2–4 months before
- 25% refund – Cancellation made 1–2 months before
- No refund – Cancellation made less than 1 month before camp
Important Notes
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to teamxr@xrsoccertraining.com and must include the required medical documentation.
- Withheld funds cover non-recoverable expenses, including credit card processing fees, administrative costs, and prepaid camp expenses (facilities, staff, equipment, etc.).
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons other than verified medical inability to participate.
- Transfer of spots is not allowed.
- There are no credits or refunds for missed training sessions.
XR Residential & Commuter Camp – Terms of Service & Cancellation / Refund Policy
Participation in an XR Soccer Residential Camp is a significant commitment that includes lodging, meals, facilities, staffing, and training logistics secured well in advance of the camp start date. By registering for a residential camp, you are reserving a spot that cannot be easily replaced once preparations are underway.
By completing registration, the participant and parent/guardian agree to comply with all camp rules, schedules, housing guidelines, and behavioral expectations established by XR Soccer and the host facility.
XR Soccer reserves the right to modify schedules, housing assignments, or programming as needed for operational, safety, or logistical reasons.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations Prior to June 1
- Cancellations submitted before June 1 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified injury or illness that prevent the athlete from participating.
- A valid doctor’s note confirming the athlete is medically unable to participate is required.
- Any approved refund, if granted, is issued at XR Soccer’s discretion and may be subject to administrative or processing fees.
Cancellations On or After June 1
- All cancellations on or after June 1 will result in forfeiture of 100% of all registration fees paid.
- No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, or change of plans.
Additional Terms
- No credits or refunds will be issued for missed training sessions, early departures, or partial participation.
- Registration spots are non-transferable.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to teamxr@xrsoccertraining.com.
- By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Residential Camp Terms of Service and Cancellation / Refund Policy.
3v3 Tournament Registration & Refund Policy
Registration Fee
Team registration for the 3v3 Tournament is $295 per team, with a maximum roster of 6 players per team.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued, except under the following circumstances:
- If the tournament is cancelled or postponed in advance of the event.
In these cases, teams will have the option to receive either:
- A credit toward a future event, or
- A refund of their paid entry fee.
Refunds may take up to 15 days to process.
Mundialito & Madrid91 2027 – Terms of Service & Refund Policy
Terms of Service
- Commitment to Participate
Participation in the XR Soccer Mundialito program is a significant commitment involving international travel, hotel accommodations, transportation logistics, tournament participation, and event planning. By registering, participants secure their place in the program and commit to the full experience.
- Parent / Guardian Requirement
Players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and registered with a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the Mundialito program.
Players who are 16 years of age or older may participate without an accompanying parent or legal guardian, provided all required registration forms, waivers, travel documentation, and emergency contact information have been completed and approved by XR Soccer.
Parents or legal guardians accompanying a player must register as an attending guest and are subject to all applicable program fees, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund policies.
For players required to travel with a parent or legal guardian, the registered accompanying adult must remain with the participant for the entirety of the program. Parent or legal guardian substitutions, exchanges, or mid-program custody transfers are not permitted without prior written approval from XR Soccer.
Any request for an exception due to emergency circumstances must be submitted in writing and approved by XR Soccer before any change in supervision arrangements occurs.
XR Soccer reserves the right to deny participation to any player who does not meet the supervision, documentation, or travel requirements established for the program.
- Payment Plans
XR Soccer offers a variety of payment options for both players and attending guests.
By selecting a payment plan, participants agree to make all scheduled payments by their respective due dates. Participation in a payment plan does not alter or supersede the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Failure to remain current on scheduled payments may result in cancellation of participation and forfeiture of applicable payments in accordance with this policy.
- Important Registration Information
To secure participation in the program, a portion of every registration payment is designated as a non-refundable deposit. This applies to participants who pay in full as well as those who select a payment plan.
The deposit amount is determined by the date of registration and applies separately to each registered player and attending guest.

- 20% non-refundable deposit for registrations completed on or before December 1
- 30% non-refundable deposit for registrations completed between December 2 and January 31
- 50% non-refundable deposit for registrations completed on or after February 1
For participants paying in full, the applicable deposit is included within the total payment and remains non-refundable.
For participants selecting a payment plan, the applicable deposit serves as the first payment and is applied toward the total program cost.
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, withdrawal, injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, failure to obtain travel documentation, changes in personal circumstances, or any other reason.
- Travel Documentation Requirements
All participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documentation, including passports and any other required travel documents.
XR Soccer will communicate documentation deadlines throughout the planning process. Failure to provide required documentation by the established deadlines may result in removal from the program without refund.
Failure to obtain a valid passport or required travel documentation does not qualify for a refund.
- Airfare & Travel Arrangements
Airfare is not included in the program cost and is the sole responsibility of each traveler.
XR Soccer is not responsible for missed, delayed, canceled, or rescheduled flights.
Important: XR Soccer will provide group transportation only for arrivals that occur within the designated arrival window communicated prior to departure.
Participants arriving outside the designated arrival window will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to the team hotel or designated meeting location.
- Program Activities
Participants are expected to attend scheduled program activities, matches, meetings, and events.
No credits, refunds, or make-up sessions will be provided for missed activities, training sessions, matches, excursions, or any portion of the program, regardless of the reason.
Refund Policy

- Failure to obtain a passport or required travel documents

- More than 8 months before departure: Full refund minus the applicable non-refundable deposit and any administrative or processing fees
- 6–8 months before departure: Full refund minus the applicable non-refundable deposit and any administrative or processing fees
- 5–6 months before departure: 75% refund of eligible payments (excluding the applicable non-refundable deposit)
- 4–5 months before departure: 50% refund of eligible payments (excluding the applicable non-refundable deposit)
- 3–4 months before departure: 25% refund of eligible payments (excluding the applicable non-refundable deposit)
- Less than 3 months before departure: No refund; all payments forfeited
- All credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
- All administrative fees are non-refundable.
- Registration spots are non-transferable.
- No credits will be issued in place of refunds unless approved by XR Soccer.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval.
- Immediate removal from the program
- Cancellation of participation
- Loss of future registration privileges for XR Soccer programs and events

Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated outside of this policy may result in:

Participation in XR Soccer programs involves physical activity, travel, and group interaction. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree not to hold XR Soccer, its staff, or partners liable for any injuries, illness, travel disruptions, or losses during your participation.
